Job Type Full-time, Part-timeDescriptionThe Database Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing all aspects of administrative services to the Marketing Team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms first level proofreading on all offers.Enters data corrections from returned mail and/or phone calls from Player's Club Members with high level of accuracy.Calls Player's Club Members to remind them of upcoming events, gifting and/or taking VIP reservations.Performs administrative duties in support of the Marketing team.Participates in event promotions and gifting to including checking guests in/out, set up and serving, performing Event TM responsibilities as requested.Answers inbound calls about marketing events, general questions about the property and questions about direct mail offers. Promotes teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, including property or service concerns.Ensures integration of the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications and guest/team member experiences.Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicates to team members, property-wide/company promotions, events and programs. Provides information and explains Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests as needed.Ensures living the brand/purpose in all work activities: "Every day, we deliver uncommonly kind experiences that connect people to the coast."Other duties as directed by management.WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.Must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend and squat frequently.Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.SERVICE COMMITMENTS - Exceptional Guest Service is key to the success of Three Rivers Casino Resort and each of our Team Members. RequirementsEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND ELIGIBILITYMinimum age requirement for this position is 21 years old.Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have administrative experience to include guest contact. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by TRCR's insurance agency.Intermediate understanding of computer programs, with proficiency in all windows applications required.Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card/OLCC License within 30 days of employment.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally, in writing or by other acceptable means.Comply with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing. Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission. Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays based on the needs of the department and for special casino events. Salary Description $17.75 hr
