Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across various platforms. This individual will take ownership of our social media presence, email marketing efforts, and other initiatives to ensure our brand message resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.

2. Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and special promotions.
  • Manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Ensure all email content aligns with brand voice and complies with email marketing best practices.

3. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, digital ads, and landing pages.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and emerging platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future strategies.

4. Content Creation:

  • Partner with external agencies to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics.
  • Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or equivalents.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design or video editing software.
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of PEO/HRO industry
