ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for digital, print, and trade show channels.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Coordinate and oversee trade show logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and on-site management.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with trade show planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, print, and trade show marketing.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
