Recruiting Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the success of our company. We're in search of a bright and intuitive marketing manager who will lead our marketing efforts and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement. An excellent fit for this position is a team player and great communicator who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. This is a Direct Hire position.

Duties:

  • Be a brand ambassador at all times, keeping up with trends in the trade and constantly bringing new ideas to the team
  • Create quality content and professional verbiage for the brand and products
  • Assist with ad copy for social media, eCommerce, advertising partners, and others
  • Professional copywriting for various marketing, product, and company materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Implement advertising strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase product sales
  • Assist with maintaining advertising budgets, invoices, contracts, and necessary backups
  • Monitor campaign objectives, analytics, and results; proactively offer recommendations and adjustments
  • Support e-commerce initiatives with product material assets and through continuous recommendations for improvement
  • Create and maintain relationships with product influencers, while uncovering new relationships and opportunities with industry contacts (example: YouTube influencers)
  • Coordinate and organize product samples, review samples, and test samples (example: YouTube unboxings)
  • Persistently offer new ideas and recommendations to sales and marketing teams

Requirements:
  • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
  • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content
  • Strong administrative skills for time management and prioritization
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and being a reliable and professional member of the team
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be able to multitask and handle multiple ongoing projects with great organization
  • Open-minded, creative, ability to think outside of the box
  • You believe in "actionable feedback" and are not afraid to share your feedback in order to optimize processes and business strategies
