Description
• Lead the development and production of highly professional proposals and presentations for RFQ/ RFP/ and interview responses per owner requests including writing and editing various components of the proposals (project descriptions, company profiles, staff qualifications, etc.).
• Engage company operations personnel and subject matter experts throughout the sales process.
• Assembly of technical and price proposal materials. Print, bind, and transmit proposals to clients.
• Assist with producing interview materials including PowerPoint presentations, and other materials.
• Manage and maintain the physical and digital filing systems for marketing collateral.
• Manage and maintain company sales database of completed project experience.
• Manage and maintain a database of leads.
• Maintain a strong network within the local design and construction community.
• Maintain memberships and actively participate in priority professional organization and industry events as designated by the company.
• Coordinate employee attendance at external industry networking events, trade shows, seminars, etc.
• Coordinate ribbon cuttings, and groundbreakings (order supplies, create programs, coordinate attendance).
• Coordinate sponsorships (facilitating payment, registration forms, marketing advertisements, and associated events).

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or P6.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom.
• Proficiency with digital photography and videography.
• Associate Degree required but Bachelor's Degree preferred in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communication, Engineering, Architecture, Graphic Arts, etc.
• 3-5 years of technical writing experience.
• 3-5 years of graphic arts production experience.
