DescriptionAt Chick-fil-A, the Restaurant Marketing Director is responsible for assisting the Executive Director team in all aspects of Brand and Sales Growth.Common In-Restaurant Responsibilities:Create a Marketing Plan: Work with your Operator to determine a marketing plan for your Restaurant.Plan In-Restaurant Events: Market store events, team member's successes and overall brand awareness by visiting with guest while performing our "our house" hospitality coupled with 2nd mile service behaviors. Work with the events coordinator.Leverage Social Media: Publish pre-approved social media posts through Social Media Publisher. Learn how to gain access to this great source of images, and "fill-in-the-blank" content, and engage with your Customers through multiple social media platforms. Work with the social media coordinator.Lead with Real Food through sampling and encouraging Team Members to personalize the Customer's order.Ensure the Restaurant is on brand. Serve on the Executive Leadership Team as a strategic partner and attend weekly executive team meetings.Work 30+ hours "On" business (taking care of emails, community appearances, game plans for marketing events and focusing on achieving business plan goals.Use in store platform to meet new guest and take advantage of the opportunities to put into action the learn-discover-respond method of developing emotional connections.Ensure community boards and P.O.P. material are installed properly and on time.Common In-Community Responsibilities:Form a giving strategy and process with your Operator for handling donation requests.Ensure the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is present in the community on a regular basis.Implement School Programs, such as fundraising programs and spirit nights.Plans, communicates, advertises and executes all sponsorship events.Contacts all outside sales deliveries to "Thank Them" for choosing us and receiving feedback of experience.Develop a plan to increase all outside sales and ADP opportunities. Work with catering coordinator.Has a restaurant presence in all city sponsored parades and events.Strategically fulfills donation request to community groups for events (Baskets, door prizes, etc.)Track return on investment on all marketing events and coupon distribution.Additional Responsibilities:Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.Providing visionary leadership to align teams with Chick-fil-A's mission and values.Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through consistent service excellence.Addressing customer feedback and implementing improvements based on market trends.Upholding Chick-fil-A's values and ethical standards in all business activities.Demonstrating a commitment to social responsibility and community impact.Staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the company.Adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the market.A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job.
