The Social Media Manager is key to supporting the seamless planning and execution of social media and influencer campaigns across multiple brands, driving brand love and achieving business goals. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the influencer landscape and analytical expertise to optimize partnerships, track performance, and ensure impactful content creation. Collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, you'll play an active role in campaign execution, event support, and social media management, while contributing to growth and engagement across owned channels.
The Social Media Manager role reports to the Senior Manager of Social Media & Influencer Marketing.
This role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum.

What We Offer
$95,000/yr - $105,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.

Responsibilities
- You will support the seamless planning & execution for social media & influencer marketing for both evergreen and 360 campaigns across multiple brands
- You will ensure we're maximizing our influencer programs to drive brand love and affinity and deliver on our key business objectives & KPIs
- This position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape & sharp analytical capabilities to make data-informed decisions and recommendations
- You will report to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing and assist with external partner management & work closely with internal cross functional teams
- Actively manage and monitor all social media channels where the community engages with the brand. Engage with influencer community & consumers daily.
- Support the Senior Manager on all executions of social, influencer campaigns, including the execution of contracts, negotiations, talent and content briefing and final delivery of content
- Support key influencer, consumer and brand events and experiences, ensuring activations are supported through key influencer partnerships & social touchpoints
- Support the execution of mailer strategy, talent list reviews, vendor execution & fulfillment of all materials
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, mailers, including metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Lead on the creation & posting of all social content & manage social calendar
- Help develop standards, expertise and best practices with owned social platforms to further drive followers & engagement
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly influencer social media results and provide insights, recommendations with a laser focus on meeting KPI's
- The role will also lead on event social media coverage and will require occasional travel
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in social media & influencer marketing related role including direct experience owning and operating high-growth influencer programs
- A deep understanding of the social media and digital communications landscape, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts; a general understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing
- Strong background in social community Management
- An ability to manage valuable relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners
- Have a strong aesthetic judgment; can convey ideas in a clear and precise way without losing the essence of the brand; have a solid understanding of the brand demographic and what style of content will work best with the brand's overall aesthetic.
- Background in creating brand content in partnership with internal creative partners and managing external content sources
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented; ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment, creative, initiative driven self-starter who can take an idea and run with it
- Exceptionally analytical with a strong background in reporting & data driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and interpersonal relations
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously
