Job Summary:



As a Technical Writer , you will create and maintain high-quality documentation that helps customers understand and utilize our products and services. This includes writing user manuals, how-to guides, technical specifications, API documentation, online help, and other documents that explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the documentation aligns with the company's standards and effectively serves the needs of users.




Key Responsibilities:

All Documentation and procedures will be for Data Governance track so Data governance knowledge is required.




  • Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand products, features, and processes.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and updated regularly to reflect changes in the product lifecycle.

  • Organize content logically and structure documents to provide optimal usability for end-users.

  • Use various content management systems, authoring tools, and platforms to manage and publish documentation.

  • Research and gather information from multiple sources, such as product specifications, software source code, design documents, and meetings with engineers or stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain internal documentation to support engineering, development, and support teams.

  • Stay current with industry standards and tools for technical writing and content management.

  • Review and edit existing documentation for consistency and technical accuracy.

  • Incorporate feedback from subject matter experts and users to improve documentation quality.

  • Ensure compliance with company documentation standards, templates, and branding guidelines.
