• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
• Assist clients in navigating policy changes, renewals, and claims.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound marketing.
• Manage and update client information in the agency management system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services.

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a quick learner.
• Texas insurance license is preferred but not required (we offer paid training and support in obtaining the license).
