Job Summary: Realync is seeking a talented Product Designer to lead our design efforts in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences. In this role, youll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product, from conceptualizing new features to refining existing ones. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be key in crafting solutions that meet our users needs and drive engagement. Working closely with our development and product teams, youll turn insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance our user experience and contribute to our products success. Duties/Responsibilities: Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applicationsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative design solutionsConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvementsEnsure design consistency and coherence across the entire productContinue to maintain our style guide and our component libraryMentor and lead other designers Experience/Skills Required: Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills within B2B SaaSProficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)Solid understanding of user-centered design and experience principles, interaction design, and responsive designExperience in conducting user research and usability testingExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypesProven ability to manage multiple projects at onceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in Agile development processesSome experience with accessibility standardsAbout You: You are resourceful - you are a master sleuth and seek to find answers before asking for helpYou own it - your role, career, and responsibilities You're scrappy - you find a way, in, around, or through any challengeYou consider your job description as only a guide
