Job Description
This position will provide Tier 1 desktop technical support and coordinate calls, emails, and tickets with members of the Publishing Services Systems Support Team. Familiarity with both Windows and MAC and the ability to learn different hardware and software is helpful. Having experience in a technical field or desktop support environment is also helpful.
The Publishing Services Department is responsible for a wide variety of church productions including magazines, church videos, websites, graphic design, live productions, translation services, and more.

Responsibilities
- Tier 1 technical support - both phone and walk-in support.
- Manage and track department hardware inventory.
- Manage support tickets and assign them to team members.
- Hardware and software setup and installation.
- Support for PSD production systems.
- General Hardware/Software troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Ability to learn and understand a wide variety of computer software products.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills.
- Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience in a helpdesk or desktop support environment is helpful.
- Must be a temple worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
