Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphic Producer who is highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage project details and designers for multiple graphic requests in a fast-paced working environment.

We seek a producer with a deep understanding of the motion graphic process related to all the marketing content required for Theatrical, TV, Brand, Outdoor, International and Home Video cross platform promotions.

Together with the help of our Motion Graphics Coordinator, they will ensure the daily workflow within the Motion Graphics department by properly tracking and assigning projects, coordinating the assets for the graphic team and ensuring timely, accurate completion of all graphic requests related to creative production and finishing pipelines.

We need a liaison between all the creative departments/clients and our Motion Graphics department.  The producer will oversee all the different phases of the motion graphic production for assigned projects and must be able to work independently and take direction when needed.  They must maintain all lines of communication between the designers, producers, Art Director and the Creative Director.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all phases of graphics production for assigned projects/requests
  • Work with our Motion Graphics Coordinator to maintain an efficient workflow pipeline, providing designers with all necessary elements and direction
  • Coordinate day-to-day needs by prioritizing, tracking and scheduling all incoming graphic requests from various departments
  • Communicate detailed instructions between the designers, clients, producers, project managers and other stakeholders
  • Adapt to changing deadlines and revise project assignments as needed
  • Schedule work around the designer’s schedules
  • Follow up with producers, clients and other various department heads on work orders that are pending approval to ensure the job is complete
  • Assign jobs for the late shift that may need to be worked over night along with a follow up QC the next morning
  • Familiar with a shared server-based working environment where we organize, store and archive all graphic projects, renders and elements needed for all designers
  • Adhere to established naming conventions which help us locate and find projects and graphics
  • Purchase, organize and maintain departmental assets
  • Locate and retrieve shared files from our server by managing archival stock footage, logos, project collects and fonts
  • Create and provide downloadable links of our project collects and layered elements
Qualifications

  • 5 +  years professional experience in motion graphics, editorial and/or post-production marketing
  • Familiar with Adobe Suite After Effects, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Frame.IO
  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D integrated with After Effects projects
  • Deep understanding of the motion design process including all the motion design software, plugins, file types and key terminology (FPS, keyable graphics, aspect ratios, lower thirds, integrated graphics, toolkits, etc.)
  • Must have a working knowledge in marketing for Theatrical/ OOH/ TV/ social media/ Home Video/ Brand/ International media specs and procedures
  • Strong time management skills

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.  Job hours are from 10:00am - 7:00pm.  Overtime may be required on occasion.

Salary range: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 (bonus eligible)
