The Marketing Manager will help design, develop, and implement commercial plans and programs needed to support the National and Regional on-market execution of VENCLEXTA. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and the Brand Team to lead without authority and work collaboratively with the integrated commercial team and cross-functional brand teams. Externally, they will work with various agencies, consultants, and other marketing partners to successfully advance business objectives. Key Responsibilities Include: Develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan for Consumer marketing activities. Perform budget tracking and management of invoices tied to brand activities. Manage key aspects of projects involving internal/external partners, consultants, and agencies. Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams. Work collaboratively with Brand Technology Solutions partners & Analytics partners to manage consumer promo database encompassing performance monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting and optimization Continuously monitors tactic performance and proactively provides recommendations to drive optimization Interface with the Digital Ops team to plan and execute CRM programs Qualifications This role can be hired as a Grade 18 or 19; candidate experience will determine grade Bachelor's Degree At least one of the following: 1-5+ years of marketing experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, medical device, diagnostics, finance, transportation) 1-5+ years of consulting experience leading cross-functional projects 1-5+ years in sales or sales training experience in oncology or rare disease 1-5+ years in marketing or project management experience at an advertising agency Resilient – demonstrates ability to “find a way” with documented results of successful execution Discerning – demonstrates ability to synthesize data to generate insight Accountable – demonstrates ability to reflect and learn from mistakes Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and self-awareness Strong communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel Experience supporting regional marketing and/or sales analytics efforts On-market executional experience (navigating through medical/legal/regulatory reviews, VEEVA processes, etc) Demonstrated ability to operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and demanding environment. Excellent project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in managing external agencies across various disciplines and internal cross-functional partners Experience managing, executing, and reporting Digital marketing tactics including CRM Ability to work independently and lead initiatives without day-to-day supervision Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority Preferred: Analytics and data science background/experience with an understanding of data management Interactive agency experience Oncology or rare disease experience MBA and or equivalent advanced degree Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ ​ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
