Responsibilities:

Manage University advertising budget Maintain spreadsheet to track expenses Monitor performance of advertising campaigns (Billboards, Website, PPC, SEO, print, direct mail, etc..) Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns & make adjustments as needed Coordinate marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives Collaborate with campuses and graphic design artist to create engaging content for various marketing channels Manage social media platforms and engage with followers Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns Manage and support campus Community Events Create new and creative ad copy and ad creatives Manage direct mail campaigns Hold weekly marketing meetings to discuss performance of campaigns with campuses Special projects such as web design, campus tour videos, special events Support growing Community event calendars in various markets Ability to write a press release Support the coordination of events, promotions, and advertising initiatives Create PR opportunities for the University Maintain collateral materials with current ad copy and testimonials Assist in maintaining the company's website content and SEO strategies Prepare reports on marketing metrics for management review Third-party vendor management and contract negotiations Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Experience:

Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related field Experience negotiating and executing contracts Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, and social media Minimum of 3 years of PPC experience Experience with budgeting and financially planning for marketing campaigns Computer savvy, utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Adobe, Graphic design software) to extract data for analysis and review Strong attention to detail Excellent writing and proof-reading skills Experience managing audio and video projects Skills needed to operate under deadlines and fast pace Minimum of bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred Competitive salary, 401K, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a professional collaborative work environment Position reports to Vice President of Enrollment Management
