About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for CEO Communication and Executive Thought Leadership. This role is pivotal in supporting the Chief Executive Officer's various stakeholder engagements and in personifying the brand through the amplification of industry-relevant insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing thoughtful communication plans, content pillars, and editorial strategies that align with the company's mission and values. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of messaging and to foster a sense of trust and connection with the brand. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller, capable of simplifying complex matters into compelling narratives, and will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of communication experience, with a strong background in both corporate and financial services communications. The role requires a deep understanding of content marketing and thought leadership initiatives, as well as the ability to write and edit for multiple stakeholders. The VP will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives, so the ability to understand and write in others' voices is essential. The company values strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience and is looking for individuals who are client-focused, team-oriented, and able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
