Award-winning architecture firm located in downtown Culver City, California, is seeking a Junior Interior Designer / Interior Architect to join their team of Architects and Designers.

LA-based Architecture + Interiors Studio is a passionate team of 40 creatives (and growing) with offices in Los Angeles and San Diego.

Their portfolio consists of healthcare, workplace, residential, institutional, retail, and commercial projects.

They are currently searching for a passionate Junior Interior Designer with 2-8 years of project experience in commercial, workplace, and/or healthcare interior design. The ideal candidate must have strong drafting skills and knowledge about commercial furniture and material manufacturers. The candidate must be CAD and Revit experienced, with a heavy emphasis on Revit. Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape is a plus.

Candidate will work with Senior staff on one or more projects simultaneously from schematic design through construction administration. Additional requirements include the ability to:Conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentsDevelop space planning concepts and mood boardsDevelop and deliver graphic presentation materials for client presentationsResearch, select, and document FF&E scopeAssist with overall interior design development during the Schematic Design and Design Development phasesAssist with creating full sets of construction documents including interior elevations, construction details, and millwork drawingsAssist with reviewing submittals and RFI's during CAManage the interiors resource library as neededBe a strong part of our team and be able to collaborate with project team members of all skill levels and disciplinesBenefits Highlights
