JOB SUMMARYThe Digital Media Manager will be responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar budget across digital media channels.The successful candidate will be a data driven individual with a track record of improving campaign performance by using analytics to inform optimization and testing decision-making.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Responsible for day-to-day management of digital advertising channels, including by not limited to Online Video, Paid Social and Online Display and SEM•Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals •Accountable for key KPIs including CPQ, CPO, CPV, and ROAS•Work with agency partner to continually improve performance of digital channels, through optimization and regular testing of creative, targeting, messaging, etc.•Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights•Leverages digital media methodologies and tools required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns while balancing business needs•Work with multiple agency partners to balance SEM and SEO channels to drive incremental volume across Branded and Non-Branded keywords•Work cross functionally with the product, creative, brand, and other teams to implement and optimize integrated campaigns that deliver against business goals •Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital channels•Support vendor relationships, such as Meta, Pinterest, and Google•May perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related Business degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience•3-5 years experience in managing and optimizing the performance of digital marketing channels•Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills•Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties•Experience working at a media agency and/or managing a media agency is preferred
