Robert Half’s client is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to work onsite for a 5-day-per-week contract. The role involves creating clear and comprehensive documentation, focusing on pension application processes, multi-employer fund management, and training content. The Technical Writer will leverage tools like SharePoint and Adobe to ensure documentation and forms meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and manage technical documents, including guides, procedures, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document processes related to pension applications and multi-employer fund administration.
  • Develop electronic forms using Adobe tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Organize documentation in SharePoint for seamless access and version control.
  • Deliver training content to facilitate understanding and implementation of key processes.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet company standards for accuracy and clarity.






Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally in finance, HR, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with pension processes and multi-employer fund systems.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Adobe form creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating training content and materials.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for pensions or funds.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
