Job Summary
The position is responsible for the overall execution of staff duties, operations, efficiency, profitability and management of audio visual equipment. Included are timely response to all customer requirements, management of the sales process, technical and event execution, personnel management of five (5) and working knowledge of equipment utilization in the best interest of the client. Must communicate and coordinate equipment & labor requirements with your team. Must also fulfill the Sales Manager’s role in their absence. Essential Duties
1. Manages and executes the sales process in a timely and effective manner to maximize the capture of business and revenue. Builds accurate and effective proposals for clients.
2. Schedules and performs site visits with the client.
3. Possesses extensive knowledge for creative ideas and solutions such as decorative stage aesthetics, projection or image presentation, lighting enhancements, etc.
4. Performs as a lead worker and manages audio visual personnel of four (4). Ensures maximum staff scheduling and assigns specific job duties for optimal client satisfaction. Delegates expectations effectively.
5. Locates, selects and procures sub-rented equipment and contract labor in a timely manner.
6. Ensures maximum profitability when considering labor costs in scheduling, client discounting, appropriate equipment utilization, etc. Controls and minimizes expenses effectively.
7. Coordinates, schedules and executes rental agreements, client requirements, timeframes, labor and operating technicians.
8. Maintain professional image, attitude and appearance to AV2Go’s requirements at all times.
9. Attends to occasional networking or business event.
Job Specifications and Requirements

- A minimum of (10) years experience & working knowledge of AV equipment, rigging & electrical power.
- Promotes and practices safety procedures.
- Planning ability; able to plan ahead and anticipate event changes or challenges.
- Demonstrate leadership ability; able to achieve desired results with and through others.
- Perform job without supervision, utilize time effectively and demonstrate flexibility in your own schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
A valid driver’s license in good standing. Exhibit manual dexterity to operate equipment; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift 85 pounds; to bend, stoop and reach overhead with use of correct safe methods.
