Wholesale Sales Assistant - Fashion Job at Fourth Floor in New York

Our client, a well-known fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant to support their team temporarily in New York! This role is full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage movement of all samples including but not limited to: e-commerce/ad shoots, market, and trunk shows
• Partner with external accounts on e-commerce/ad shoots ensuring all information is provided prior to launch dates
• Assist in market appointments with wholesale accounts
• Create line sheets and review order entry
• Create merchandising guides post market to distribute to stores
• Work cross functionally with other departments such as PR, Fashion Office, and Retail for business needs
• Update weekly style selling to distribute to team
• Support special events and fashion week
• Attend local store visits with sales or VM teams when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 1+ year wholesale/ showroom/ market experience preferred, luxury brand experience a plus.
• Strong focus on building client relationships and customer service.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficient in computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Joor, Fashion GPS.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
