Position-: Technical Writer
Location-Austin TX-Remote
Contract 12 Months

1. Working with the Client staff to develop technical product documentation for end-users of the Client database.
2. Developing, outlining, formatting, and producing detailed program and end-user documentation with appropriate visualizations. Documentation may include tutorials, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and reference manuals.
3. Gathering and documenting staff feedback on draft documents. Incorporate user-requested changes as directed by the supervisor.
4. Producing video tutorials as requested by the program area, which meet Client, DIR and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specifications and standards.
Communicating and working with people of all technical levels in a team environment and providing technical support and testing
