You are expected to be a dedicated, professional, self-motivated, and customer-driven leader who faces challenges with enthusiasm and passion. You will be responsible for the entire marketing effort in your region from inception to closing, and be able to exercise good, analytical judgment while approaching customers with pre-clinical projects (DNA sequencing, rodent surgery, colony management, etc.) in the laboratory animal field and medical research arena. Position Requirements:
Proven leadership and organizational skills Experience in establishing high level, focused customer relationships Experience in account development and implementation 3-5 Years of outside sales accomplishments Develop and execute cohesive marketing strategy Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Strong bio-medical and health care industry knowledge Strong presentation and negotiation skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills Strong goal-oriented business mentality Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing or business or life science required, master degree preferred EOE M/F/D/V
