Position Overview The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for managing multi market campaigns, partnerships and events to grow brand awareness, customer loyalty and community footprint at the local level. Reporting to Sr. Regional Marketing Director.
Responsibilities Lead, develops and inspires 3 Regional Marketing Senior Managers Partners with cross-functional marketing, retail and philanthropy teams to initiate, develop and project manage multi-market campaigns, event series, partnerships and community influencer activations Oversee execution of strategies for brand enhancing localized community partnerships & elevated events Provide new market strategy for new store openings within the regions Manage a yearly budget, product/charitable donations and ensure ROI/ revenue goals for district are achieved Develops & shares scalable processes for best practices Communicates KPI performance and plans to cross-functional stakeholders Participates in Regional Calls with Retail DM Team Primary KPIs are business growth, as measured by retail traffic, revenue, and increased brand awareness Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred 10+ years’ relevant experience in retail marketing, community affairs, business development or a related field Strong business sense, and understanding of how local marketing can positively impact the P/L Strategic networker, with the ability execute and critically analyze a local marketing plans A proven ability to define and achieve departmental objectives, strategies and develop plans with achievable timelines A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively Strong executive presence with ability to compel and inspire internal and external audiences High commitment to employee growth and development: empowers team and defines success as having a significant impact on other’s careers Resourcefulness: you take initiative, have an entrepreneurial approach and can make it happen with minimal direction A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion & Philanthropy We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
