We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts. Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. This is a part-time job.

I am looking for someone who can write ads for publications and mailings and is very creative in how to get more sellers and buyers to notice the marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized. Ensure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance with company compliance policies. Monitor incoming leads and prospects and incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth. Post interactive social media content, including engaging Instagram posts that drive business, and manage the LinkedIn page to attract new clients and interact with others. Write well-crafted ads for publications. Create branding campaigns focused on connecting with the luxury real estate market. Qualifications:
Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. 2 or more years of experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required. Expert in forward design concepts. B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors. Familiarity with the luxury real estate market and ability to attract sellers and buyers seeking agents in the luxury market. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
