Overview:
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, optimization, and execution of Email and SMS marketing automation. They will also monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations and A/B tests to improve results.

Overview:
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, optimization, and execution of Email and SMS marketing automation. They will also monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations and A/B tests to improve results.
Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and manage Email and SMS marketing journeys to help convert leads and provide essential information to current customers.
- Create and maintain automated processes, and incorporate AI Marketing Tools, whenever possible within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to maximize its utilization and increase team productivity and performance. A deep understanding of the following is preferred:
- Salesforce Data Cloud for Marketing
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement, and Personalization
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
- Salesforce Data Cloud for Marketing
- Optimize email templates for both mobile and desktop and conduct testing before new campaigns begin.
- Monitor and report on deliverability and campaign effectiveness, driving email and SMS marketing strategies for optimization based on data insights.
- Build and maintain lists for use in email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and other data privacy laws in the United States.
- Familiarity with best practices using UTM parameters, phone number tracking, etc.
- 3-5 years proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of driving successful lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of design, HTML and CSS.
