Description The Broker Services Manager is responsible for managing broker support and office presentation in Snowmass Village, CO locations, ensuring Slifer Smith & Frampton provides an exceptional level of service to brokers, clients and the community. This detail-oriented individual carries out front desk responsibilities and office operations with elevated customer service, listing support, marketing support, and assistance with business development. The Broker Services Marketing Coordinator maintains consistent professional attendance and a cooperative and proactive attitude in interfacing with brokers, external clients, vendors, and other support team members. The Broker Services Marketing Coordinator will support and encourage SSF's Mission and Vision, helping the company to expand it's influence in the market area.Location: Onsite in our Snowmass Village, CO LocationsStart Date: ASAPEmployment Type: Full Time, Year RoundPay Rate: $28 -$30/hour dependent on experience + bonus potentialSchedule: Monday: Friday, 9am-5pmThe Broker Services Marketing Coordinator is expected to proficiently support brokers and company listings, utilizing the following company-provided technology platforms:MLS system / Showing time:Inputs listings into MLS including updating status changes and notifying brokers of listing expiration dates.Runs, exports, and formats property searches and quarterly/annual statistic reports for brokers.Setup showings and provide agent and client detail sheets to brokers for listings.Setup open houses for office listings and prepare materials needed for open houses.Records showings and manages feedback in Showingtime account.Slifer Engine (SSF Intranet/Listing Management):Completes new listing checklist for every listing to ensure all required tasks are performed.Places desired photography order and uploads Photos and pertinent information for office listings.Orders marketing and completes related tasks to each new listing.Places newspaper and magazine ads for listings upon request.Updates, schedules and sends Sellers Reports for each listing.Assists brokers in setting up their profile and settings, adding Office Exclusive and Coming Soon listings.KvCORE Client Relationship Manager and Broker Sitelets:Assist brokers with client database and digital marketing campaigns.Assist brokers with maintaining information on their personal broker websites and managing testimonials through Testimonial Tree.Creates, collaborates, and sends new listing, price reduction, & open house emails for brokers.Customizes and sends monthly newsletters on brokers behalf.Assists brokers with creating and updating Search Alerts for their clients.Creates listing presentations, CMAs and utilizes other tools within program as needed.Marq (Digital design software):Creates marketing materials within brand standards related to new listings and broker personal marketing using provided templates, including flyers, brochures, business cards, social media posts, and other presentation materials.Creates and updates office displays and Powerpoint, and uploads to Screencloud, if applicable.Helps to prepare listing presentations and buyer walk-in materials using company provided templates.Orders printed materials through the Xpress Docs system.Other:Ensures listings and broker profiles are accurately displayed on Forbes Global Properties, and affiliate sites.Office Management & Operational SupportThe Broker Services Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an office presentation consistent with the Slifer Smith and Frampton Brand, managing the successful flow of local operations, and keeping office location organized in a way that supports brokers and the company's success. Provide assistance to corporate team with accounting/budgeting, communications, and events for the market area.Works with SSF Corporate Staff and external vendors to make sure office location is branded, maintained, cleaned, secured and equipment is functioning properly. Assists in coordination of office remodel and maintenance projects, and managing vendor relationships.Manages the day-day-flow of Office Operations in including opening and closing the office, maintaining/ordering appropriate stocks of supplies, sales materials, and listing displays; distributing incoming and outgoing mail; and operating office machines such as computers and printer/copier.Performs customer service tasks such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, and routing clients to brokers in a timely and professional manner. Records walk-in and call-in activity in company cloud.Helps with annual creation and ongoing tracking of office budgets, invioces and expenses.Understands broker expenses and assist with broker accounting inquiries, ensuring they are resolved to satisfaction.Runs month end reports, collects and codes invoices for the market area, and submits to the accounting department accurately and on-time.Works with Branch Broker to create a collaborate work environment and promote the Slifer Smith and Frampton Branch within the community.Creates, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for developments, recent sales and any other statistical data needed.Prepares Monthly Broker Floor Duty Calendars based on broker availability and sends out morning messages to team.Assists with invites, planning, agendas, and refreshments for office meetings, office special events, and community sponsorship/charitable events.Marketing Support & Business Development:Understands and articulates SSF's value proposition to prospective brokers and assists in broker recruiting efforts. Maintains a strong understanding of company personnel, departments, and resources to support brokers.Carries out local broker on- and off-boarding responsibilities, working with various SSF departments and local MLS to create accounts/logins, process paperwork, and ensure a positive experience.Be a "power-user" of all SSF office systems and pass on knowledge of these tools to brokers through trainings and 1:1 sessions.Stay up to date on all marketing tools, programs and SSF Affiliations/Partnerships. Provide additional day-to-day marketing support including but not limited to real estate sign ordering, assisting with creation of content and statistics for marketing pieces and social media, and sponsorship event coordination.
