Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Research Coordinator to support our team of commercial brokers and agents. This role focuses on assisting the agents/brokers with generating leads, managing property listings, and executing marketing initiatives. Candidates must have a strong marketing background, education, or experience. Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, MailChimp, and other general business and marketing software. Commercial real estate and marketing software experience a bonus. Key Responsibilities: • Create marketing brochures and manage social media content/posting. • Post and oversee property listings on web platforms. • Develop and execute email campaigns, including content creation. • Coordinate photography and signage for new listings. • Prepare Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports. • Compile databases for mailers and execute postcard/letter campaigns. • Manage website updates and SEO strategies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
