Summary: The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies with Trident's international businesses. This role will report to the Global Marketing Leader and work closely with international teams to develop targeted campaigns for multiple markets and regions. This role will also be responsible for creating processes and efficiencies around going to market with current customers and ensuring that existing resources are leveraged appropriately. This position will also play a key role in ensuring there is strong marketing communication connectivity between our Support Center in Seattle and our international locations. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Trident's international markets to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand international market trends. Conduct market analysis leveraging digital marketing tools and analytics to understand global consumer behavior and preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, research and development, communications, and others to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Oversee the creation and localization of marketing materials for different regions, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance. Leverage existing Trident marketing materials and ensure there are processes in place to maximize the efficiency of existing marketing resources. Develop and implement an integrated marketing communications plan to ensure international locations receive relevant internal and external messages and updates. Analyze and report on the performance of international marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and international markets. Support the SVP of International Business and the Global Marketing Leader with selected executive-level presentations and materials. This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $130k to $160k. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs) A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with cross-cultural communication. Food and beverage industry experience. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. International agency management experience. Ability to communicate effectively with virtual, global stakeholders. Ability to travel internationally as required, up to 30%. Preferred education and experience A master's degree in marketing, international business, or related field. International marketing experience. Seafood industry experience. Fluency in one or more foreign languages. Intermediate/Advanced skills in PowerPoint and executive presentations. Work environment (includes travel/on-call): Hybrid role based in Seattle, WA. Ability to travel internationally as required, up to 30%. Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly sits for long periods of time using a computer, is required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
