Position Description:
This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, organizations/associations, media, etc. We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Coordinator with a knowledge base in the marketing field, who can easily adapt to a multi-functional marketing atmosphere and understand customers' needs.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Support customer service/relationship platform via email, phone, etc. to coordinate on customer service-related issues with internal departments and understand customers' needs.
Coordinate various marketing materials (digital signage, posters, SNS promotions, banners, etc.) for store promotions and sales.
Support membership-related procedures and duties.
Assist with media contracts and related relationships.
Support grand opening events and related work arrangements.
Assist with press releases and other articles for brand marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
1+ year of marketing experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in an environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
Professional Marketing certificate is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST (Fluency is a plus).
