We are seeking a dynamic and experienced communicator to lead executive employee communications for a C-level executive as part of Intuit’s Corporate Communications team. This role will sit on the leadership team and drive and lead communications strategies for the Intuit Customer Success ecosystem that engage and inspire employees and ensure effective and timely dissemination of information across the organization. This role will create compelling messages and manage executive visibility for Intuit’s Chief Customer Officer, ensuring alignment to our company narrative and in support of our Intuit Customer Success strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills, deep business acumen, and an understanding of relevant technology and industry topics. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead a cross-company comms team aligned to delivering communications outcomes for the Customer Success organization. Collaborate with Intuit’s Chief Customer Officer to understand communication needs and objectives and provide coaching and support on effective communication techniques and best practices. Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content distribution across multiple channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, partners, and external audiences. Facilitate two-way communication to gather feedback and address concerns. Lead and manage communications projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to execute communication campaigns effectively. Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives using data-driven insights. Prepare regular reports on communication metrics and make data-informed recommendations for improvement. Ensure consistency of messages across all audiences and channels. Minimum Requirements
10+ years of proven experience in corporate / executive communications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities. Ability to think strategically and develop creative content ideas. Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools. Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
