VISION We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies while managing communications efforts that align with our brand's goals. The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing integrated digital marketing and public relations strategies for assigned Sellmark brands. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS Digital Marketing Manage website content and optimization Execute social media strategy and paid advertising Implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns Oversee content creation and management Maintain e-commerce platform content Monitor and analyze data/performance metrics Conduct competitive analysis Public Relations Build and maintain media relationships Coordinate podcast and webinar appearances Manage media database Handle media inquiries and opportunities Develop PR materials and press releases Content & Communications Create compelling copy across all channels Manage print advertising fulfillment Handle customer relations via social channels Collaborate on strategic direction Support brand managers with market insights This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 3-5 years experience in digital marketing and communications Demonstrated success in managing integrated marketing campaigns Experience with e-commerce and digital advertising platforms QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools Experience with SEO/SEM and paid advertising Knowledge of CMS and e-commerce systems Social media management expertise Understanding of marketing automation tools Exceptional written and verbal communication Strong project management and organizational skills Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Detail-oriented with data-driven mindset WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS Main hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Schedules will vary depending on business needs and may entail working nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
