Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to support sales growth for our bridge and fashion jewelry lines, focusing on mid-tier department stores. This role requires a proactive professional with proven experience managing key accounts, building strong industry relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Senior Account Executive will identify new opportunities, expand account penetration, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with mid-tier department store buyers to maximize sales and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Support and implement strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for jewelry categories.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business within existing and new accounts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.
- Sales Reporting: Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions to drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to align on product assortments and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience within the fashion jewelry or fashion accessories industry, focusing on mid-tier department store accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of bridge and fashion jewelry categories and buyer relationships.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals with strong negotiation abilities.
- Analytical Abilities: Experience in analyzing sales data and trends to support decision-making.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to buyers and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving market conditions.
Salary: $100k - $140k base plus bonus
