In this role, you will primarily work with marketing and sales data, providing crucial insights to guide our strategies across various channels, including social media, digital advertising, and PR events. The position also involves creating reporting dashboards and analyzing key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in marketing and sales
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to increase digital ad revenue
• Create customer journeys in Salesforce to understand and enhance customer experience
• Generate comprehensive reports on marketing performance, sales analytics, and ROI
• Streamline reporting processes and develop efficient systems for tracking
• Conduct audits on data and recommend improvements
• Leverage CRM and Google Analytics to enhance understanding of customer behavior
• Make strategic recommendations based on analysis of digital marketing and sales data
• Understand and apply financial terms such as Profit Margin, Cost of Acquisition, Gross vs. Net in analyses
• Identify how marketing strategies influence sales and suggest strategic adjustments• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Experience in creating and managing Reporting Dashboards
• Skills in Sales Analysis and Reporting
