$60k to $80k with commission incentive
Compass Care, LLC, a private concierge home care provider, is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager with an additional focus on client relations. This field-based role requires local travel within our service areas, and when not in the field doing business development, work is done from our Stamford, CT office. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be a creative, forward-thinking team player. This position includes networking with referral sources and other healthcare professionals and is also client-facing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Manage sales pipeline. Implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote Compass Care's unique services. Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth goals. Email and social media campaigns. Organize public speaking events and presentations. Proven experience in business development and marketing in healthcare or a related industry (preferred). Previous experience in hospitality/concierge services (preferred). A degree in Geriatric Care Management, Social Work, or related field (preferred). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Minimum of 2 references from current or past employers. Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office/Teams PowerPoint, Excel Utilize Pipedrive or comparable customer relationship management software to track leads, and report on sales activities.
