Sales Enablement Team Sales Enablement (JLL's Marketing & Business Development group) is focused on supporting JLL's leasing teams in their pursuits for new business and new client relationships. This includes: Partnering with JLL leasing teams to create compelling content and translate key themes or differentiators in a visual/engaging way Project managing the entire lifecycle of proposal responses, pitches (presentations, interviews, etc) and key point of sale deliverables. Operating as a group of JLL platform experts to ensure best practices and resources are utilized and identified A Sales Enablement Manager will: Drive the presentation, pitch and/or proposal development process; includes synthesizing a high volume of stakeholder inputs, defining a story framework, mapping content to key messages and directing data visualization Identify new ways to present material to improve pitches and proposals on an ongoing basis; collaborate with a Graphic Designer when applicable to bring these ideas to life Ensure the right resources are in place, deadlines are met, and quality control is meeting or exceeding expectations Complete due diligence and competitive analyses for new and existing business pursuits including research, analytics, data mining, and data collection Understand and analyze industry trends and competitive activity Maintain a library of pitches/presentations, standard marketing collateral materials, case studies, broker biographies and practice area material to aid in new business pursuits and existing client retention Collaborate and build relationships with leadership, operations, research, marketing, graphic design, communications, and technology teams Manage standard operating processes and procedures that can scale to manage all workflow requests Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction Coach, train, develop and/or mentor junior sales enablement team members Operate in a state of continuous process improvement Perform other duties as assigned and has a proactive approach when faced with challenges A Sales Enablement Manager will have a(n): Bachelors degree (or higher) from an accredited institution 6-8+ years of relevant experience Adobe Suite and Microsoft proficiency (InDesign, Acrobat, Word, PowerPoint) Strong writing and editing skills Attention to detail, while also able to see the "big picture" Ability to work under pressure towards firm deadlines, while still maintaining a professional demeanor High level of energy, creativity and dedication towards value-add results Proven track record of success Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills #LI-DNI
