Title: GenStudio Optimization Strategist
Location: Virtual or Bay Area

Role Summary:

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled GenStudio Optimization Strategist to help our customers successfully integrate and leverage our cutting-edge generative AI tool, GenStudio for Performance Marketing. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring a smooth, personalized onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the setup and implementation of our generative AI tool, providing hands-on support and personalized training.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers, managing the onboarding timeline efficiently.
• Gather and analyze customer inputs to tailor the onboarding process and optimize tool usage for each client.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the onboarding process.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials to educate customers on best practices and advanced features.

## Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or creative field.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technology-related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools, particularly in prompting for writing and/or image generation.
• Background in customer success, technical account management, or similar roles involving technology adoption.
• Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder coordination.
