Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with the Design Directors and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing of a fast-growing consumer brand
  • You will assist in the conceptualization and execution of design solutions across multiple mediums (print & digital), various sizes, and various channels
  • You are responsible for ensuring alignment of all designs with the company's brand guidelines
  • This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to grow their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Developing and designing digital brand graphics, layouts & illustrations for the Growth and Content team, to include:
  • Identification & sourcing photography assets for blogs
  • To include: Infographics, social posts, Reels, video
  • Iterating, formatting and producing design assets for various channel needs
  • Sourcing vendors and key partners in the design development process - printers, etc
  • Provide general marketing & design team support through responsibilities such as contribution to brainstorming sessions, attendance at team meetings and providing input on design strategies
  • Maintain consistency in visual design elements across various projects and mediums
  • Organize and maintain design files, ensuring accessibility and version control
