DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for maintaining, building, and exceeding advertising revenue goals for the digital portfolio. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to achieve results.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set and own territory sales agendas.
• Manage a territory and sales quota.
• Develop account and territory strategies for long-term development and revenue growth.
• Generate new sales leads.
• Act as a business specialist, strategically developing digital and mixed media solutions for clients.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients through face-to-face calls.
• Ensure accurate account management internally and externally.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence to develop strategic roadmaps and generate revenue.
• Establish oneself as a thought leader within the digital community.
• Stay ahead of marketplace trends related to clients and the digital industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of proven advertising interactive sales experience.
• Strong desire to win and grow as a digital ad sales professional.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stress and balance multiple account challenges.
• BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and Salesforce.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Hiring Salary Range: $93,000.00 - 106,500.00. The hiring salary range applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on a variety of job-related factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability benefits, tuition assistance, and PTO.
