Summary

Gainwell is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Marketing Content Manager to develop compelling and persuasive content that supports our product marketing initiatives. This role will focus on translating complex product features and benefits into clear, value-driven content that drives engagement and showcases Gainwell’s differentiation to public health and Medicaid decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have experience creating product-centric content such as solution messaging and positioning frameworks, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, and white papers, ensuring all content is aligned with Gainwell’s product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Work closely with Marketing Content Manager to help inform content strategy that supports Gainwell’s marketing and business objectives with a focus on product-centric content creation.
  • Product-Centric Content Creation: Develop high-quality content that clearly communicates the value of Gainwell’s solutions, including product briefs, white papers, case studies, sales enablement materials, video scripts, and more.
  • Brand Voice & Tone: Ensure all content is aligned with Gainwell’s brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all marketing & communications teams to create tailored content for specific state accounts and sectors.
  • Content Calendar Management: Help inform an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent cadence of high-quality content across multiple platforms.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with thought leadership content team to ensure consistent messaging that positions Gainwell as an innovator in public health and Medicaid technology.
  • Technical Translation: Translate technical product details into accessible, benefits-focused content.
  • Performance Measurement: Use analytics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of product-centric content.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Ensure that product-centric content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Content Management: Maintain an organized repository of product content, ensuring it is up-to-date and readily available.

What we're looking for

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing content creation, preferably within healthcare, public sector, or technology industries.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a proven ability to create content that simplifies complex concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing teams to align content with product strategy and messaging.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare public sector marketing is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $100,000-$127,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
