In this role you will:

• Write technical specifications based on design requirements.
• Develop and test web components using the Lit framework.
• Set code standards, lead code reviews, and perform unit testing at the page level.
• Prioritize projects and deliverables, providing time estimates for development projects.

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience with React development and web component creation
• 8+ years of experience in accessibility expertise
• 8+ years of experience supporting customers in team-heavy environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines
• Experience in open source projects or involvement in the open source community
