Title: Web Designer (UI/UX) Location: West Palm Beach - Fully Onsite Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience within UI/UX web design Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator Experience with web management platforms Knowledge of SEO principles and understanding of how web design impacts performance Job Functions: Design & Development: Create visually engaging and functional designs for website pages, landing pages, emails, and digital assets. Implement designs in web platforms (e.g., WordPress or HTML/CSS). User Experience: Develop user-centered designs that enhance the online experience and improve usability across web assets. Optimization & Testing: Collaborate with the CRO team to perform A/B testing, collect user feedback, and refine designs for better conversion rates.
