We are seeking a Marketing/Communications Manager to work on site, 5 days per week in St Paul, Minnesota. This role will have a key influence on our marketing strategies, playing a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach. The Marketing/Communications Manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive sales and create awareness of our products and services regionally and nationally.


Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic marketing plans and ensure their effective implementation across the organization.

• Collaborate with the sales team on a weekly basis to review past, current, and future plans and goals.

• Take charge of all aspects of marketing, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and objectives.

• Track progress of outside sales activities, using these insights to refine our marketing strategies.

• Experiment with new methods and techniques to reach customers, always aiming for growth and innovation.

• Leverage proficiency in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Internet Software to enhance our marketing efforts.

• Manage the creation and distribution of editorial content and advertisements.

• Oversee brand awareness initiatives, ensuring our brand's message reaches the right audience.

• Handle budget processes for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• Lead campaign planning, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation.

• Proven experience as a Marketing/Communications Manager for a minimum of 7 years.
• Strong proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS) and CRM.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in creating compelling editorial content.
• Proven ability to develop and manage effective advertisements.
• Solid experience in enhancing brand awareness.
• Demonstrated understanding of budget processes in a marketing context.
• Proven track record in successful campaign planning and execution.
