LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time Marketing Manager for one of our long-standing, consumer manufacturing clients in the Greater Milwaukee area!

Location: Onsite in Greater Milwaukee Area

Compensation: $72K-$82K based on experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing, consumer insights, marketing communication or category/product marketing in the manufacturing category.
  
• Experience developing marketing strategy and executing on the strategy.
  
• Strong marketing campaign management/project management experience.
  
• Strong understanding of the creative process and experience working with creative teams.
  
• Understanding of retail eCommerce platforms, consumer behavior, and customer journey mapping.
  
• Experience evaluating marketing performance and making recommendations for optimization.
  
• Experience mentoring or leading directly or on project management initiatives.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, E-mail Marketing Tools, and Project Management Tools.
  
• Strong attention detail
  
• Ability to multitask and manage various initiatives simultaneously.
