Our client is a globally recognized skincare brand specializing in hydration technology and award-winning formulations. Rapidly expanding across U.S. and international markets through partnerships with major retailers and e-commerce platforms. They are looking to add a Trade Marketing Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead retail and e-commerce marketing strategies across the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail marketing, visual merchandising, and skincare/beauty.
Responsibilities of the Trade Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute retail marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales.
- Lead the planning and implementation of in-store activations, visual merchandising (VMD), and campaigns tailored to local markets and retail environments.
- Collaborate with retail partners to align marketing efforts with brand guidelines and ensure consistent execution across channels.
- Adapt global VMD guidelines to meet local market trends while maintaining brand integrity and appeal.
- Oversee seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential in-store events, ensuring alignment with retail strategies.
- Analyze sales data, promotional outcomes, and campaign effectiveness; provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Demand Planning, to maintain optimal inventory levels for key programs.
- Manage and update e-commerce content, ensuring optimized assets and copy across all platforms.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, customer engagement, and ROI for marketing efforts.
- Design and execute sampling programs across retail and e-commerce channels, including seasonal kits and promotional bundles.
- Lead the strategy and execution of digital retailer animations, co-op campaigns, and on-site media collaborations.
- Collaborate with Paid Media teams to develop impactful multi-channel campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, competitive trends, and performance benchmarks in beauty marketing.
- Support budget management and reconciliation for trade marketing initiatives.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in trade marketing.
- Strong retail marketing experience, preferably with Sephora or similar retailers.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and a deep understanding of the beauty/skincare industry.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a structured and strategic mindset.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
