About the Team
The Artist Partnerships team within Artist Services is responsible for partner management, education and advocacy, developing marketing and promotional strategies, and music operations for their assigned partners. The Artist Partnerships team drives discovery, engagement & promotion for the artist community through white-glove service, strategic partnerships and holistic campaigns across new releases, merchandising, ticketing, and more.
As a member of the team, you will be tasked with driving innovative, bespoke initiatives to amplify artists on & off platform, drive artist education, production adoption and platform advocacy and help continue to improve our artist offerings. The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional who is excited by working in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, solutions-oriented, is not afraid to attack ambiguous problems, and brings positivity to the work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Foster strong relationships with artists and their teams, providing best-in-class support to bolster on-platform engagement and product adoption.
- Develop strategic campaigns for priority artists, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to create tailored activations that elevate the artist's visibility, increase account growth, music performance and engagement across platform.
- Provide best practices, education, resources and promotional opportunities to help artists grow and thrive both on & off platform.
- Drive the integration of artist monetization efforts within campaigns across merch & ticketing to help artists grow revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to pilot artist-specific products & gather feedback on new tools, features, and initiatives. Relay insights and suggest improvements that enhance the artist experience and platform functionality.
- Continuously refine and evolve strategies to improve artist engagement and performance. Ensure partnerships remain innovative & adapt to evolving industry dynamics to maximize impact.
- Manage and deliver campaign and partner specific research projects including fan insights, audience segmentation, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and partner developments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Programming, Product, Marketing, and Comms to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution and maximize the impact of promotional efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in artist management, marketing, or partnership roles within the music industry, with a deep understanding of the industry and existing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of executing successful artist campaigns and initiatives, particularly with top-tier and emerging artists.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of the TikTok ecosystem with familiarity of product features, recent trends, successes and on-platform communities.
- Deep understanding of artist monetization across merchandise and ticketing.
- Insight into artist-centered product offerings across the ecosystem.
- Ability to remain solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations, adapting to changing needs and evolving priorities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments, with a focus on continual learning and improvement.
- Strong passion for music, artists, and the entertainment industry, with a commitment to fostering the success of both established and emerging talent.
