We are seeking an innovative Creative Director to join a team in Boca Raton, Florida. Your primary function will involve conceptualizing and crafting compelling content for multiple sales channels, including digital and print media. You will also play a pivotal role in digital storytelling, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the creation of digital and print collateral that supports various company initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and trade shows.

• Develop impactful content for diverse sales channels, catering to both B2B and B2C.

• Ensure brand consistency across in-house and partner e-commerce platforms through effective digital storytelling.

• Generate sales-driven merchandising assets that enhance in-store activations.

• Provide creative guidance to external vendors and agencies as part of collaborative efforts.

• Guarantee the timely delivery of projects by managing the workflow within the creative department.

• Mentor and manage a team of professionals, including a Senior Designer, freelancers, and vendor partners.

• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Demonstrated experience in using Facebook Insights for monitoring and analyzing social media trends
• Proven ability to design and implement effective advertisements that drive customer engagement and sales
• Demonstrated knowledge in building and maintaining brand awareness across various platforms and audiences
• Experience in campaign planning, with a focus on developing strategic and creative solutions to meet business objectives
• Proven experience in collateral management, with the ability to oversee the creation, delivery, and storage of various marketing materials
• Strong understanding and experience in developing and maintaining a strong corporate identity across all marketing and communication channels
