Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Creation of Detailed Models: Develop and oversee detailed 2D and 3D models, technical plans, and schematics using advanced CAD software to ensure alignment with client specifications and project goals.
- Project Collaboration and Oversight: Partner with design, engineering, and project management teams to interpret complex project requirements and transform concepts into high-quality deliverables.
- Incorporate Cutting-Edge Technologies: Research and integrate emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies into designs to maintain innovation and efficiency.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior CAD designers and drafters, fostering skill development and promoting best practices.
