We are seeking a Paid Ads / Marketing Specialist to join our team! We are looking to improve our brand visibility and boost sales with Paid Social (Google, Meta, YouTube). This is a blend of hands and self directed role with full responsibility for the results.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, or other programmatic advertising platforms.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major digital advertising platforms and their respective ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
Creative Thinking: Ability to develop engaging and effective ad copy and select compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across relevant digital channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and other programmatic advertising platforms.
Campaign Execution: Create and manage paid ad campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, creative asset selection, and budget allocation.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify high-performing variations and continuously improve campaign results.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and aligned with ad campaign objectives.
Budget Management: Effectively manage allocated advertising budgets across different channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future strategies and achieve marketing goals.
Stay Informed: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid digital advertising, including new platform features, targeting options, and industry benchmarks.
Measuring Success:
Success in this role will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Generate a positive return on investment for all paid advertising campaigns.
Lead Generation: Drive a significant number of qualified leads through targeted ad campaigns.
Website Traffic: Increase website traffic from paid advertising sources.
