Observer Media Group is hiring: Advertising and Media Coordinator in Sarasota

excellent written and communication skills, and an upbeat, positive attitude. This position will interact with the sales team and clients as needed to gather marketing materials, keep advertising campaigns organized and assist in the overall fulfillment of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role is a crucial part of the success of the Observer and the marketing efforts of local businesses in our community.

Skills needed:

• Meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Working closely with salespeople to provide support
• Collaborating with the creative team on social, digital, and print ad creation
• Assist internal and external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Maintain and create detailed spreadsheets and documents (Excel and Word proficiency required)
