Location

Southeast Texas Region – Beaumont, TX. Must be in office. This is not a remote position.

Job Summary

• Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude.
• Oversee and deliver all creative solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, and more as needed.
• Edit and enhance video and photo media to create visually appealing and engaging content that showcases the brands and services effectively.
• Utilize video editing software to assemble footage, apply color correction, add transitions, and incorporate audio elements.
• Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects.
• Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services and offer creative consultations to showcase yourself as a subject-matter expert and provide in-field upgrades.
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site.
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized.
• Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency.
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely.
• Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members.
• Operate effectively within a team environment and individually.

Physical Requirements

• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, indoor and outdoor through all seasons.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
• Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers.
• Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Photography and Videography.
• Existing portfolio of work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with camera equipment.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in script writing.
• Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or any other graphics design/video editing software.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and able to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
• Positive mental attitude, team-oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
